Ricardo Marra Ricardo Marra is Chairman of the Mercado a Termino de Buenos Aires SA. He was elected as Member of the Board of Directors of MATba from 1996 to 2002. He was appointed as Secretary of the Buenos Aires Grain Brokers' Association and Advisor Member of the Buenos Aires Grain Exchange. Ricardo Marra graduated in agricultural engineering with a specialization in agricultural production at the University of Buenos Aires. In 1982 he became Professor of Agronomy at the University of Buenos Aires.

BIOGRAPHY
Hamdi Bağcı was born in 1963. He graduated from the Faculty of Political Science of Ankara University with a degree in Economics in 1985. After taking his master degree in economics from the Hacettepe University, Ankara, he completed a certificate program on Capital Markets in Maryland University, USA and is currently pursuing a Phd at Marmara University, Istanbul. Before joining Turkish Derivatives Exchange (TurkDEX), he worked as the head of the Accounting Standards Department at the Turkish Capital Markets Board. Meanwhile, he was appointed as the vice president of the Turkish Accounting Standards Committee. Mr. Bağcı currently serves as the CEO and the board member of TurkDEX.

BIOGRAPHY
Mircea Filipoiu is President and CEO of the Romanian Commodities Exchange since 1992. Prior to this he was with the Romanian Ministry of Industry in charge of International Affairs. Before that he worked for the Design Institute of Automations in Bucharest in charge of Robots Program. Mr. Filipoiu graduated in mechanical engineering at the Politechnical Institute of Bucharest.

György Dudás BIOGRAPHY
Gyorgy Dudas is the Chief Executive Officer of the Central Depository and Clearing House (Budapest) Ltd. (KELER). Previously, Gyorgy was the Director of Operations of KELER. Prior to that he worked as the Head of Securities Custody Department of Budapest Bank. Gyorgy graduated in economics at the University of Economics of Budapest. He is Secretary of CEECSDA (Central and Eastern European Central Securities Depositories Association), Gyorgy represents KELER in the ECSDA's Management Committee, in the European Association of Clearing Houses, and in the Association of National Numbering Agencies.

2003-2004 – Vladislav Streltsov

Vladislav Streltsov BIOGRAPHY
Vladislav Yurievich Streltsov graduated from Yaroslavl Military Finance School in 1990.
In 1994 he became Head of the Accounting and Settlement at Voctochno - Evropeiskiy (East-European) Investment Bank, and in 1998 was elected Deputy Chairman of the Board.
Vladislav Streltsov started his career on the financial services market in 1998 as the Director of the RTS Stock Exchange Analytical Department. In 2001 he was appointed as Chief Financial Officer at the RTS Technical Center and the RTS Stock Exchange Vice-President.
From 2001 to 2003 Mr. Streltsov served as Chairman of Board of the RTS Settlement Chamber. In 2002 he was elected first VP of the RTS Group, responsible for finances.
In June 2003 the RTS Stock Exchange Annual Partnership meeting elected Vladislav Streltsov as the President of the RTS Stock Exchange.

2000-2002 – Horváth Gergely

Horváth Gergely BIOGRAPHY
Gergely Horvath is Deputy CEO, Commercial Division at the Budapest Bank Rt. Prior to this he was CEO of the Central Depository and Clearing House (Budapest) Ltd (KELER). Under his leadership KELER implemented real time settlement of securities and successfully completed the KELER 2000 IT project. Previously Gergely was Managing Director of OTP Bank Rt. and First Deputy CEO of Merkantil Bank Rt.
Gergely graduated in Industry at the Technical University of Budapest. Later he graduated in Economics at the Budapest University of Economics. He holds an MBA (University of Pittsburgh, International Management Centre, Budapest).

Szergej Keresztesi BIOGRAPHY
Szergej Keresztesi is currently CEO of Hungarograin Inc., he is also Member of the Board of Gabona Rt (a major Hungarian grain trading company). Previously he was CEO of LaSalle Inc. and Chairman of the Board of the Budapest Commodity Exchange. Between 1993 and 1999 he was Member of the Board of Central Clearing House and Depository (Budapest) Ltd. Hungary. He held positions at the Hungarian Grain Association and at the Hungarian Grain Council. Mr. Keresztesi graduated in economics from the Budapest University of Economics.
